2nd International Conference on Industrial Projects (ICIP)

The International Conference on Industrial Projects (ICIP 2018) will be held under the Tijuana International Research Congress (Congreso Internacional de Investigación Tijuana) organized by the Autonomous University of Baja California. This bilingual (Spanish-English) event aims to provide a forum for academics, researchers, students and practitioners to exchange experiences and recent developments in the field of Industrial Engineering. The conference is expected to foster networking, collaboration and joint effort among all conference participants to advance the theory and applications as well as to identify major trends in Industrial Engineering. All submitted papers with be held under peer review before acceptance to the conference. Accepted papers will be either chosen for oral presentation or poster presentation, depending on the quality and contribution of submitted work. Call for tutorials

We invite you to submit tutorial proposals on all topics related to our main topics in ICIP 2019. Tutorials may cover theoretical advances or practical applications. They should be between 4 to 8 hours in length and will be held on Wednesday and/or Thursday during the conference dates.

Deadline for tutorial proposal: November 1st, 2018
Notification of acceptance: November 15, 2018
Tutorial date: April 3-5, 2019

All tutorial proposals should include the following information

  1. Tutorial title, Name of speaker, Abstract (5-10 lines)
  2. A detailed outline of the topics to be presented, with a short description on each topic
  3. A description of the target audience and pre-requisites expected from participants
  4. A brief CV of the speaker indicating his/her background in the tutorial area
  5. Contact address, phone, e-mail, webpage of the speaker
  6. 6. Technical requirements (equipment, hardware, software, other)
